Frequently Asked Questions
How do I unlock all content? The first 20 species are free. Tap the "Unlock All" button on the paywall page — a one-time purchase processed through Apple's App Store that permanently unlocks every species, all 8 realms, gold cards, and the offline pack. All future content is included. If the purchase is initiated by a child, a parent can approve it with Apple's Ask to Buy.
How do I restore my purchase? Open the paywall page and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I change the language? Go to the "Me" tab and tap "Language" to choose English, 简体中文, or 繁體中文. You can also follow the system language.
Does the app work offline? Yes. All content is stored on your device and no internet connection is required. When you are online, pull down on the globe to fetch newly added species.
How do I hear a species' voice? Tap the narration button on a species card to play its audio narration and animal sound.
Troubleshooting
App crashes on launch: Force-close the app and reopen it. If the problem persists, restart your device.
Purchase not restored: Ensure you are signed in with the correct Apple ID. Go to Settings → [Your Name] to check.
No audio playing: Check your device volume and make sure the silent switch is off.
Pulling down the globe shows nothing new: Fetching new content requires an internet connection. Try again when you are online.
